03/ 28.04.2022 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner shall array the informant as O.P. No. 2 in the petition in course of the day.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already faced the trial for the same allegation, in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No. 297 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 1062 of 2011, in which, the informant's brother-in-law was a witness, but after acquittal in the said case, vide judgment dated 09.01.2013, the present case has been filed for the same allegation, which is numbered as Sector- IV (SC/ST) Case No. 24 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 874 of 2012.

Let notice be issued upon the newly added O.P. No. 2 under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process, for which, requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.

No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners, in connection with Sector-IV (SC/ST) Case No. 24 of 2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 874 of 2012, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Bokaro, till the next date of listing.

The petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation. Post this matter on 02.09.2022.
