On 04.03.2020 this Court directed the respondents to file counter affidavit meeting the issue raised by the Court, in response thereof counter affidavit has been filed.

It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment reported in [2005] 2 JCR 338 and as such an early date of hearing may be given.

For the interest of justice put up this case on 17.11.2021.
