02 / 15.09.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 20.07.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 10/2019 by the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Hazaribag and has been sentenced to undergo R.I for life with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and default sentence under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and has also been sentenced to undergo R.I for three years with a fine of Rs. 5,000/- and default sentence under section 201 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned order of sentence dated 31.07.2021.
