1. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the opposite party No.-2 Mr. Suraj Kishore appears and submits that this case has to be argued from the side of opposite party No.-2 by Mr. A. K. Kashyap, Senior Advocate.
3. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State Mr. Nawin Kumar Singh appears and submits that he does not a copy of the present petition and prays that a soft copy of the same may be provided to him, so that he may assist this Court on the next date.
4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties have submitted that the present revision application has been filed against the order of acquittal passed by the learned appellate court, wherein opposite party No.-2 was acquitted for offence under Section 3(a) of R.P. (U.P.) Act. They have submitted that there is no illegality or perversity in the impugned judgment of acquittal and otherwise also, there is limited scope for interference in revisional jurisdiction.
5. Office is directed to provide a soft copy of the present petition along with its enclosures to Mr. Nawin Kumar Singh, learned A.P.P.
6. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner is not appearing, the matter is adjourned and is directed to be posted on 14.09.2021 under the heading for 'final disposal'.
