08/ 03.09.2021            At the very outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the opposite

parties that the judgment dated 05.05.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(S). No. 3630 of 2011 has already been complied with and in compliance of the Court's order, the opposite parties have already passed reasoned order.

In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite parties, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties and hence, it is dropped.

Resultantly, this contempt application stands disposed of.

However, petitioners is at liberty to challenge the reasoned order, if at all aggrieved by the same.
