07/29.10.2021. This petition has been taken through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No.5562 of 2021 has been filed for extension of interim order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. and another v. Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299 , the learned court below is proceeded in the case and that is why, it has been necessitated to file the said I.A.

Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for opposite party no.2 jointly submit that this matter may be fixed for final hearing.

In view of the above facts and considering the fact that this matter is still pending before this Court and in the interest of justice, the prayer made in the said I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 15.12.2017/14.12.2020 is extended, till the next date.

Accordingly, I.A. No. 5562 of 2021 stands disposed of. Post this matter under the heading for Admission on 03.03.2022.
