10/29.10.2021. This petition has been taken through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No.5344 of 2021 has been filed for extension of interim order dated 06.07.2019, which was further extended vide orders dated 28.08.2019 and 24.10.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. and another v. Central Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299, the learned court below is proceeded in the case and that is why it has been necessitated to file the said I.A.

Mr. Shiv Prasad, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 opposed the said I.A.

In view of the above facts and considering that this matter is still pending before this Court and interim order was granted earlier and twice the interim order was extended, the prayer made in the said I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 06.07.2019 is extended, till the next date. Accordingly, I.A. No.5344 of 2021 stands disposed of. Post this matter under the heading for Admission on 17.02.2022.
