04 / 27.10.2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties on the prayer for condonation of delay of 49 days in preferring the instant Memo of Appeal made through I.A. No. 4793/2021.
2. On consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties and being satisfied with the grounds urged, delay being minor is condoned. I.A. stands disposed of.
3. The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under section 376(2) (i) of the Indian Penal Code and section 6 of POCSO Act by the impugned judgment dated 26.11.2019 passed in POCSO Case No. 22/2016 by the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Ranchi and has been sentenced to undergo R.I for ten years with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and default sentence under section 376(2) (i) of the Indian Penal Code and further, he has been sentenced to undergo R.I for twenty years with a fine of Rs. 10,000/- and default sentence under section 6 of POCSO Act by the impugned order of sentence of the same date. Both the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently.

5. Call for the lower court records in connection with POCSO Case No. 22/2016 from the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum- Special Judge (POCSO), Ranchi.
