8/26.10.2021 I.A. No.5743 of 2021 in Cr.M.P No.2268 of 2016 and I.A.

No.5742 of 2021 in Cr.M.P No.2259 of 2016 has been filed for extension of interim order dated 04.03.2020.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that now the concerned court is proceeding as six months' time has already been elapsed and it is necessitated to file this Interlocutory application. He submis that the case of the petitioners is fully covered in terms of the judgment of the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.M.P. No.104 of 2015 dated 09.08.2017 and the facts of the present case under section 468 Cr.PC is helping the petitioners.

For the reasons assigned in the I.As and considering that earlier interim order was provided in favour of the petitioners, interim order dated 04.03.2020 is extended till the next date.

I.A. No.5743 of 2021 in Cr.M.P No.2268 of 2016 and I.A. No.5742 of 2021 in Cr.M.P No.2259 of 2016 stand disposed of.

Mr. Dubey, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State submits that these matters may be taken up after vacation to enable him to procure the file and assist the Court.

Let these matters appear on 01.12.2021.
