3/07.10.2021 This petition has been filed under section 389(2) of the

Cr.P.C. The suspension of sentence has been denied by the appellate

court and thereafter this petition has been filed by the petitioner for

suspension of sentence till pendency of the appeal.

Mr. Zaid Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioners submits that there is direct judgment of this Court on this

issue and he will assist the Court on the next date.

Mrs. Vandana Bharti, the learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the respondent State will also examine it and will assist the

Court on the next date.
