04 / 07.10.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under sections 304-B and 498-A of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 06.04.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 212/2019 by the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-X, Jamshedpur and has been sentenced to undergo R.I for ten years with a fine of Rs. 50,000/- under section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code while no separate sentence has been awarded under section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, by the impugned order of sentence dated 09.04.2021.

3. Call for the lower court records in connection with Sessions Trial No. 212/2019 from the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-X, Jamshedpur.
4. Learned A.P.P would ascertain the status of investigation against the named accused in the FIR and, whether charge sheet has been filed against any one of them, if so, what is the status of their trial.
