04/05.10.2021       The sole appellant stands convicted for the offences punishable

under Sections 376(1) and 313 of the I.P.C. by the impugned judgment dated 14.07.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 94 of 2016 by the court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-X cum FTC (CAW), East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years with a fine of Rs. 50,000/- and a default sentence u/s 376(1) I.P.C. and further R.I. for 7 years with a fine of Rs.30,000 and a default sentence u/s 313 IPC by the impugned order of sentence dated 19.07.2021.
