It is submitted by Mr. Arwind Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 715 of 2010 that the parties will be filing a compromise petition by the next date of hearing and, therefore, he seeks some time. He further submits that he will be filing the necessary judgment in this regard.
