05/Dated: 26/11/2021 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of

the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to

COVID-19 pandemic.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are

neither purchaser nor vendor of the land in question, although complaint has

been filed against them. He submits that the case of the petitioners are fully

covered with the judgment rendered in the case of "Mohammed Ibrahim &

Ors. Vs. State of Bihar and Another" reported in 2009 (9) 8 SCC 751.

Let notice be issued upon the O.P. No. 2 under registered cover

with A/D as well as by ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed

within two weeks.

There shall be stay of further proceeding in connection with

Complaint Case No. 1294 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Judicial

Magistrate, Ist Class at Ranchi till the next date.

Post the matter on 23.02.2022.
