2. Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 06.02.2021, passed in Sessions Trial No. 318 of 2016, by the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-X- cum-FTC, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur and has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with fine of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand) and a default sentence vide impugned order of sentence dated 11.02.2021.
3. Admit.
4. Call for the L.C.R. in connection with Sessions Trial No. 318 of 2016 from the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-X, cum- FTC, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur.
5. Prayer for suspension of sentence made through I.A. No. 4958 of 2021 shall be considered after receipt of the L.C.R.
