State.
This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Status report has been received by which it has been informed that judgment was pronounced on 03.07.2009 against the sole accused-Bhola Nath Mahto in which he was acquitted from the all the charges due to lack of evidence.
In that view of the matter, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, instant criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
