11 / 16.03.2021. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that injured/claimant is the appellant before this Court and learned Tribunal has awarded compensation, but Future Prospect of the injured has not been considered.

Learned counsel for the appellant in support of his submission has placed reliance upon the recent judgment passed by the Apex Court in the case of Kajal vs. Jagdish Chand & Ors., reported in 2020 (4) SCC 413.

Learned counsel for the Insurance Company, Mr. D. C. Ghosh has submitted that the case of the injured having similar issue has been fixed after the physical court starts.

Considering the same, let the case be listed in the Monthly Cause List of April, 2021 along with other Misc. Appeals having similar issue.
