04/ 15.03.2021 In view of outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Concerned lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 10:30 A.M. onwards. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.

Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in case of Prashant Kumar Mishra & Ors. Vs. State of Jharkhand & Ors., which is at Annexure-1 to this application.

However, learned counsel for the respondent-State as well as University seeks sometime to file counter-affidavit.

Put up this case after four weeks to enable the learned counsel for the respondents to file their response.
