03/01.03.2021 Appeal is suffering from the following defects:
1. Second set of memo may be filed.
2. Limitation petition may be filed.
3. District may be mentioned on memo (page-1)
4. Complete party position of Appellant may be mentioned (partly removed)
8. T/C of page 20,21,23 may be filed
9. Statement regarding requirement of notice to be served to Advocate General, Jharkhand is missing in certificate.
11. Hon'ble Court may be properly addressed.
12. Word 'Petitioner' on both sides of Vak may be corrected to Appellant. (partly removed).
For correction of defect no. 5, the certified copy of the impugned judgment and decree be sent to the court concerned without any delay along with necessary office note about the defect. Learned Family Court, Godda shall return the certified copy of the impugned judgment and decree upon making necessary correction within a period of one week from its receipt.
Leaned counsel for the appellant prays for and is allowed 3 weeks' time to remove the remaining surviving defects as above. Office to place the file for inspection and removal of defects on requisition being made within this time.
