04/27.07.2021 Appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C. while the other co-convicts, Jitendra Paswan, Kamesh Paswan, [email protected] Radheshyam Paswan have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C by the impugned judgment of conviction dated 22.03.2021 passed in S.T. Case No. 274 of 2018 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj and all the convicts have been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life along with a fine of Rs.5000/- each and a default sentence each by the order of sentence dated 26.03.2021.

Call for the Lower Court Record in connection with S.T. Case No. 274 of 2018 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that co-convicts Jitendra Paswan, Kamesh Paswan, [email protected] Radheshyam Paswan preferred Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 98 of 2021. Let both the appeals be tagged together.
