04/26.07.2021 These three appellants have been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. while the other accused Heera Paswan has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the I.P.C by the impugned judgment of conviction dated 22.03.2021 passed in S.T. Case No. 274 of 2018 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj and all the convicts have been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life along with a fine of Rs.5000/- and a default sentence by the order of sentence dated 26.03.2021.

Admit.

Call for the Lower Court Record in connection with S.T. Case No. 274 of 2018 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that co-convict Heera Paswan has preferred Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 99 of 2021. Let both the appeals be tagged together.
