10/22.07.2021 Learned counsel, Mr. Ankur Anand on the instruction of learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Mahesh Tewari seeks permission to withdraw the second appeal preferred before this Court against the judgment dated 07.10.2013 passed in Title Suit No.08/1995 and decree signed on 18.11.2013 affirmed by judgment dated 21.01.2015 passed in Title Appeal No. 23/2013 and decree singed on 04.02.2015.

Learned counsel for the respondents, Mr. K. K. Mishra has put an objection that Interlocutory Application be filed on behalf of the appellants to seeks withdrawal of this appeal.

Considering the same, learned counsel for the appellants is directed to file an interlocutory application within a period of one week.
