Learned counsel, Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, appearing on behalf of the appellant has prayed for four weeks' time to remove defect nos. (1) to (8) as well as to deposit deficit court fee of Rs. 230/- as pointed out vide S.R. dated 07.03.2020.

Defect Nos. 1 to 8 are as follows:-

(1) Address of claimant is missing in C.C. of award as also the name of petitioner differs in C.C. of Judgment & award both may be sent to court below for necessary correction after obtaining orders. (2) Limitation petition may be filed. (3) Place of court is missing at aggrieved and prayer portion of memo.

(4) Stay prayer at prayer portion of memo may be deleted. (5) Word "First" in 1st para of certificate may be deleted. (6) Statement at last para of certificate may be corrected with regard to notice to Advocate General. (7) Name of Hon'ble C.J. may be corrected at page no. 2 of this memo.

(8) Appeal value given at page no. 2 of memo may be verified & corrected.

So far defect no. 1 is concerned, office is directed to send the c.c. of Judgment and c.c. of award to the court below for necessary correction, so as to obtain the same within a period of four weeks.

So far other defects are concerned, four weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to remove the defects and also to deposit the deficit court fee.
