Heard, learned counsel for the parties. It appears from office note dated 19.07.2021 that defect no.1 as pointed out vide further Stamp Reporting dated 24.07.2019 has not been removed.

Defect No. 1 is as follows:-

Defect No.1- C.C. of judgment of trial court may be filed with A.F of Rs.10/-.

It further appears from the office note that, I.A. No.6105 of 2020 has been filed under Order XLI Rule 1 CPC for waiving the filing of certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 on the ground that certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 has already been filed in M.A. No.327 of 2019.

Office note further reveals that I.A. No.6104 of 2020 has been filed for condonation of delay of 139 days in preferring the present Miscellaneous Appeal.

Considering the same, list this case after four weeks along with I.A. No.6105 of 2020 and I.A. No.6104 of 2020.
