4. The present contempt application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 12.06.2020 passed in W.P.S No.5488 of 2019.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court has been modified by Hon'ble Division Bench in L.P.A. No.235 of 2020 by extending the period for compliance of the order of this Court in writ petition and accordingly, he does not want to press the present contempt application at this stage.

6. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
