02/15.07.2021 Sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the POCSO Act vide impugned judgment of conviction dated 26th March 2021 passed in Special POCSO Case No.41/2018 by the learned court of Additional Sessions judge-II cum Special Judge (POCSO), Latehar and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 15 years with a fine of Rs.20,000/- and a default sentence under Section 4 of the POCSO Act, however no separate sentence has been awarded under Section 376 of the I.P.C. in view of Section 42 of the POCSO Act, vide impugned order of sentence dated 27th March 2021.

Call for the lower court records from the court of Learned Additional Sessions judge-II cum Special Judge (POCSO), Latehar in connection with Special POCSO Case No.41/2018.

Matter be placed on I.A. No.2933/2021 seeking suspension of sentence after receipt of the LCR.
