Let the CCL produce on record all the relevant circulars

regarding the decision taken that even after one person has been

given employment in lieu of death of the first employee and thereafter

the spouse, who is also working in CCL, dies, then the second

employment can also be given which was not being given on earlier

occasions.

The parties will also bring the judgments passed by this Court in

this regard on earlier occasions for consideration of this matter.
