Learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Prabhash Ch. Sinha, has submitted that the name of insurance company i.e. Shriram General Insurance Company Limited has been wrongly typed as Shriram Central Insurance Company Limited in the impugned judgment.

Considering the same, learned counsel for the appellants is directed to serve two copies of memo of appeal along with impugned award upon the learned counsel, Mr. Ashutosh Anand, who normally appears on behalf respondent no. 2 i.e. Shriram General Insurance Company Limited and learned counsel, Mr. Ashutosh Anand is directed to verify that whether offending vehicle i.e. WB-41E-0251 was insured before the Shriram General Insurance Company Limited or not?
