-----------

04/ 29.01.2021 In view of outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Concerned lawyers have no objection with regard to the proceeding, which has been held through Video Conferencing today at 10:30 A.M. onwards. They have no complaint in respect to the audio and video clarity and quality.

As per the office notes, it appears that defect No.1 is not removed.

Mr. H.K. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court towards this interlocutory application, which has been filed for acceptance of corrected copy of judgment for which the defect No.1 has been pointed out as the parentage name of defendant No.5 in certified copy of impugned order was missing. He further submits that now the impugned order has been corrected on 06.03.2020 and accordingly, certified copy has been attached at Annexure-1 with the instant interlocutory application, which shows the parentage name of defendant No.5.

In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the facts that corrected certified copy of the impugned order has already been obtained and same has been annexed with the interlocutory application, the defect No.1 as pointed out by the office stands removed.

The corrected copy of the impugned judgment/order is accepted and the same be made part of record.

I.A. No.3561 of 2020 stands allowed.

Issue notice to respondents under ordinary process as well as through Registered Cover with A/D, requisite etc. for which must be filed, within a period of three weeks.

Put up this case after six weeks under the appropriate heading.
