It appears that defect nos.1, 11, 12, 13 and 15 as pointed out vide Stamp Reporting dated 25.04.2019 have not been removed.
Defect nos. 1, 11, 12, 13 and 15 are as follows:- Defect no.1- Required court fee may be filed. Defect no.11- Appellant nos.4 to 6 and respondent nos. 12 to 13 of memo is not party in c.c. of decree u/a.
Defect no.12- It appears that respondent no. 8 is minor as per c.c. of decree u/a. It may be represented through.
Defect no.13- Parentage name of defendant nos.5 and 6 of c.c. of decree u/a differs from c.c. at judgment of appellate court. It may be sent to court below for necessary correction Defect no.15- Appellant nos.4 and 5 of C.C. of decree u/a is not party in memo.
Learned counsel for the appellants has prayed for four weeks time to remove the defects.
Considering the same, 30 days' time after physical court starts is granted to the appellants to remove the defects.
