Learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Lukesh Kumar seeks permission to withdraw the instant Second Appeal preferred by the appellant (Smt. Sarathi Mahatain) against the judgment dated 28.09.2018 and decree dated 06.10.2018 in Title Appeal No.12 of 2016 passed by learned District Judge- VIII, Dhanbad affirming the judgment dated 08.01.2016 and decree dated 20.01.2016 in Title Suit No.02 of 2000 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) IV, Dhanbad whereby the suit of the plaintiff has been dismissed Learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission to withdraw the same on the instruction of the appellant. Since the respondents have not appeared let the instant second appeal be dismissed as withdrawn.
