Learned counsel, Mr. Abhishek Singh on the instruction of learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, has prayed for two weeks time to remove the defect nos. 1 to 12 as pointed out vide Stamp Reporting dated 25.04.2019.

Defect Nos. 1 to 12 are as follows:-

1. Suit and appeal and second appeal valuation may be corrected.

2. Pagination of synopsis is missing.

3. Appellate court decree may be arranged properly.

4. Page 8 and 9 of appellate court judgment may be arranged properly.

5. Address portion for appellant no. 5 is mentioned twice. It may be corrected.

6. It appears from page no. 5 that respondent no. 12 has died. Hence he may not be made party in this memo and steps may be taken for substitution if found necessary.

7. At aggrieved and prayer portion of this memo name of learned P.O.

of trial court may be mentioned and statement regarding 'date of signing decree' may also be mentioned properly for the learned trial court.

8. Thumb impression at the body of Vakalatnama may be attested as per JHC rule.

9. Beside the execution of appellant no. 6 name may be mentioned either in Hindi or in English.

10. Date of execution is missing at the body of Vakalatnama.

11. Date of signature of learned counsel is missing at page-1 and prayer portion of this memo.

12. Some portions at page 1 and 2 are handwritten.

Considering such submission, 30 days' time after physical court starts is granted to learned counsel for the appellants for removing defects.
