It appears that the appeal is of the year 2008 against the concurrent findings of two courts below i.e. the judgment dated 23.02.2008 and the decree signed on 04.03.2008, passed by learned A.D.J., Fast Track Court, Koderma in Title Appeal No. 21 of 2006, affirming the judgment dated 29.07.2006 and decree signed on 08.08.2006 passed by learned Sub Judge-II, Koderma in Title Suit No. 71 of 1995.

Learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Binod Kumar, has submitted that the client has taken brief from him though he has prayed for one week's time.

It appears to this Court that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the appeal. However, by way of last indulgence, one week's time is granted to the appellants.
