Heard, learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sah.

It appears that the instant appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 21.06.2014 passed by learned District Judge-I-cum- Motor Vehicles Accident Claims Tribunal, Godda in M.A.C.T. Case No. 33/2010.

The Stamp Reporter has pointed out defects vide S.R. dated 07.10.2014. Thereafter, the matter was listed before the Lawazima of Joint Registrar (Judicial) on 16.10.2014, even then defects have not been removed. Thereafter, it was listed before the Lawazima of Registrar General on 09.03.2016, but the defect no. 1 has not been removed.

Defect no. 1 is with regard to statutory amount, which has not been deposited.

Learned counsel for the appellant has prayed for two weeks' time to remove the defect no. 1.

Considering the same, two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the appellant to remove the defect no.1, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench as the appeal is of the year 2014 for an accident which took place on 24.04.2010.
