It appears that the second appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 28.02.2006 (decree signed on 10.03.2006) in Title Appeal No. 40/1987 / 01/2003 passed by learned Ist Additional District Judge, Jamtara confirming the judgment and decree dated 21.08.1987 (decree signed on 12.09.1987) in Title Suit No. 50/2002 of 1986/1987 passed by learned Subordinate Judge -III, Jamtara.

The Instant appeal has been admitted by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.03.2009.

The notice has been issued to the respondent nos.1 to 8 and 10, the same has been returned unserved because of incorrect address.

Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take fresh steps for service of notice upon respondent nos.1 to 8 and 10 on their present and correct address under both process i.e. under registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within a period of four weeks. Unutilised copy, if any, be utilised for the same.

Put up this case after service of notice.
