2. The present revision application is directed against the order and judgment dated 01.06.2001 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 57/1995 arising out of Haidarnagar P.S. case No. 07/89 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 66/1989 (T.R. No. 93/1995).

3. Office is directed to issue notice to the petitioner through the officer-in-charge of the concerned police station, so that the petitioner may take appropriate steps for final disposal of the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State is directed to seek instruction and file appropriate affidavit of the officer-in-charge of the concerned police station or any person authorized by him after due service of notice upon the petitioner. The affidavit should be filed latest by 13.01.2022.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the office of learned Advocate General for compliance.

6. Post this case on 17.01.2022 under the heading for 'final disposal'.
