Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Naiyer Eqbal has submitted that petitioner - Ranibala Devi has died during pendency of the writ petition, who has preferred the present writ petition against the order dated 13.05.2013 passed by revisional officer i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Singhbhum (Kolhan) in Appeal No. 01/2013 affirming the order passed by Deputy Commissioner dated 13.12.2012 passed in Appeal No. 05/2010-11 affirming the order of the Sub Divisional Officer, Dhalbhum in BPLE Case No. 106/2009, as such, some time may be granted.

Learned counsel for the respondent - Tata Steel, Mr. G.M. Mishra has submitted that he has already filed counter-affidavit on 23.07.2021 and the Title Suit No. 18/2008 has already been dismissed on 28.07.2016 by Civil Judge (Senior Division)-VI, Jamshedpur, as such present writ petition is unnecessarily pending before this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, Mr. P.A.S. Pati has submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of as title suit has already been decided.

Considering such submissions, writ petition is disposed of as title suit has been decided.

However, petitioner may avail legal remedy available under law against the judgment and decree of title suit.
