13/13.12.2021 Today when the matter has been taken up, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has married after the decree of divorce and before the limitation in preferring the appeal was condoned by this Court vide order dated 23rd October 2019, on 25th September 2018 itself. The judgment and decree are dated 26th August 2017 and 6th September 2017 respectively passed by the learned Family Court, Ranchi in Original Suit (MTS) No.508 of 2015. A child has also been born out of the marriage. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is ready to amicably settle the matter.
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to obtain instructions from the appellant in this regard.
Accordingly, matter is passed over for the day.
