3/24.08.2021 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No.2851 of 2021 has been filed for extension of interim order dates 24.02.2014.

Mr. Indrajit Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the judgment rendered in the case of "Asian Re- surfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. v. C.B.I", the trial court is proceeding.

The Court was inclined to decide this matter today itself, but the learned counsel for the State seeks time to prepare himself on the ground that he is not having the file.

In view of such submission of the learned counsel for the respondent State and considering the averments made in the I.A., the prayer made in the I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 24.02.2014 is extended till the next date.

I.A. No.2851 of 2021 is allowed and disposed of. Post the matter on 28.09.2021.
