02/23.08.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. by the impugned judgment of conviction dated 31.03.2021 passed in Sessions Trial No. 124 of 2018 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Dhanbad and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for life and a fine of Rs.10,000/- with a default sentence by the impugned order of sentence dated 03.04. 2021.

Call for the Lower Court Record in connection with Sessions Trial No. 124 of 2018 from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge- VIII, Dhanbad.

Learned A.P.P. shall enquire about the investigation kept pending against 4 other accused, whether they have been charge-sheeted, if so, what is the status of the trial. Let an affidavit to that effect be filed within a period of 4 weeks after making such enquiry.
