02/11.08.2021 Learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Pran Pranay submits that all the surviving defects have been removed. Office to verify.

These two appellants along with convicts, Suleman Ansari and Lukman Ansari stand convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of I.P.C by the impugned judgment dated 29.09.2020 passed in Sessions Trial No. 192 of 2017 by the Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Deoghar and all the convicts have been sentenced to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for 10 years with a fine of Rs. 5,000/- each and default sentence each by the impugned order of sentence dated 05.10.2020.

Call for the Lower Court Record from the Court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Deoghar in connection with Sessions Trial No. 192 of 2017.

Prayer for suspension of sentence made through I.A. No. 3301 of 2021 shall be considered after receipt of L.C.R.
