04/06.08.2021 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the

guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to

COVID-19 pandemic.

On 19.11.2010 nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today

also on repeated calls, nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

Office has raised the objection as this case is not maintainable in

view of order dated 19.09.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Full Bench in

Criminal Appeal (S.J.) No. 1281 of 2016 particularly in the light of para 11

and 16 of the said judgment.

In view of above office notes, this criminal miscellaneous petition is

dismissed as not maintainable. However, petitioner is at liberty to avail

other remedy available in law.
