04/05.08.2021 This appellant along with accused Santosh Yadav and Mohan Yadav stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. Further this appellant and Santosh Yadav have also been convicted under Section 323 of the I.P.C by the impugned judgment of conviction dated 25.03.2021 passed in S.T. Case No. 196 of 2015 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj and all have been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs.5000/- each with a default sentence each under Section 302/34 I.P.C and this appellant and Santosh Yadav have also been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 6 months under Section 323 of the I.P.C by the impugned order of sentence dated 03.04.2021 Admit.

Call for the lower court record in connection with S.T. Case No. 196 of 2015 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge No. VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that co-convict Santosh Yadav has preferred Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 118 of 2021 wherein L.C.R have already been summoned. Office to verify.
