03/ 19.04.2021 It is stated in the writ petition that ad hoc employees are being replaced

by way of advertisement contained in Memo No. VBU/RO/1158/17 (Vol.-II)/307/2021

dated 04.02.2021 which is against the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the

case of "State of Haryana & Ors. Vs. Piara Singh & Ors., reported in (1992) 4 SCC

118 and the judgment of this Court passed in W.P.(S) No.861 of 2011 (Ritesh Ranjan

and Another Vs. The State of Jharkhand and Others).

Respondents were directed to file counter-affidavit but the same has not

been filed till date.

Put up this case after four weeks.

In the meantime, interim order dated 24.02.2021 shall remain in force.
