Sessions Judge-II, Ghatsila in Sessions Trial No.328/2016 vide impugned judgment of conviction dated 16th January 2020 and the order of sentence dated 22nd January 2020 and sentenced to undergo R.I. for life for the offence under Section 302, IPC with a fine of Rs.5,000/- and default sentence.
