3/07.04.2021 Heard Mr. S.K. Murty, the learned counsel for the petitioners
and Mr. Sanjay Srivastava, the learned counsel for the State.
This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through
Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into
account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic. None of the
parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and
with their consent this matter has been heard.
Status report has been received whereby it has been
informed that the judgment was pronounced on 02.08.2016 and the
accused persons namely, Laxmi Ram and Utkarsh Badhani were
acquitted. Proceeding against Baijnath Ram was dropped on 09.01.2014
in view of his death.
Accordingly, the instant criminal miscellaneous petition has
become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
