CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE
ORDER
(15.10.2025)
The instant contempt petition arises out of an order/judgment dated
20.09.2000 passed by this Court, by virtue of which the writ petition preferred
by the petitioner was disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the
claim of the petitioner against the posts which have become available on account
of some of the candidates who have not joined.
Today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner perhaps for
the reason that order/judgment sought to be enforced may have been
implemented, as such, petitioner remain unrepresented.
Be that as it may, the instant contempt petition is disposed of and the
proceedings are dropped, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek
revival/restoration of the petition, in case, cause survives.
