ORDER
07.10.2025
1. The record reveals that there was no representation on behalf of the
petitioners for the last two consecutive dates and same is the position
today as well.
1. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant
contempt petition, perhaps for the reason that the order/judgment passed
by this Court stands complied with or the petitioner is not interested in
prosecuting the instant contempt petition. The same is, accordingly,
dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
