1. Status report has been filed by the respondents, wherein it is stated that

the case is under consideration of Finance Department and the funds

are expected to be released shortly.

2. In view of this, two weeks' time is granted to the

Commissioner/Secretaries, Department of PHE, Irrigation and Flood

Control, Civil Secretariat, Jammu and Department of Finance, Civil

Secretariat, Jammu/Srinagar to ensure compliance of judgment, failing

which, both the Commissioner/Secretaries shall remain present in

person before the Court on the next date of hearing.
