It is submitted by learned CGSC for the respondents that the documents which were referred in the earlier order dated 25.09.2024 as being missing have been placed on the record.

It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the contempt petitioners that the respondents have not implemented the judgment of this Court dated 16.11.2017 in its letter and spirit and seeks the opportunity to argue the matter in detail. The matter is, accordingly, directed to be listed on 18.11.2024.
